The Linguist List has just posted a review by Otis Phillip Elliott, Jr. of Selected Proceedings of the 2010 Second Language Research Forum: Reconsidering SLA Research, Dimensions, and Directions. From the first paragraph:
“I have chosen 5 of the 15 papers to describe in some detail. Each paper in the collection, however, deserves a full review in its own right. In fact, the collection is a fascinating read for any student of SLA.”

Cascadilla Press at the LSA
Cascadilla Press will have a booth at the book exhibit of the 2013 LSA in Boston, and we’d like to invite you to stop by!
All of our Cascadilla Proceedings Project titles will be on display and available for purchase at a special discount. We’ll also have our textbooks, software, games and teaching aids (including our newest IPA game), and a selection of our softcover proceedings. If you’d like us to bring anything in particular, let us know and we’ll do our best to have a copy on-hand.
For the young, the young at heart, and those who are looking for gifts, we’ll have a selection of items from our CafePress store, including our new line of vintage linguistics posters.
The 2013 LSA will be held January 3-6 at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. We hope to see you there!
