New shipping rates

Effective July 7, 2008, our shipping rates are changing. Shipping within the United States is now $6 for the first item, $3 for each additional item. Air mail shipping outside the United States is now $12 for the first item, $6 for each additional item. As always, two-volume sets count as two items for shipping.

This is our first shipping rate change since 2001.
